I ordered this “firework” embellishment as a special order for repeat customer’s Summer wreath. It was packaged and shipped in a flat, padded envelope and each of the fireworks were completely flat when I opened them. I’m not sure why the seller would ship something like this in this manner and not carefully package it in a box. I played around with the flat embellishment, trying to morph it back into round bursts, but the plastic is not working and I’m afraid this is going to stay flat. I am extremely disappointed with how this item was shipped and arrived. I’m embarrassed to put it on my customer’s wreath and now need to reach out to them to seek an alternative embellishment for their wreath. I’ll probably not order from this shop again.
