I would have rated the item quality a 5 if the shipper hadn't folded the item in half to ship it in a shorter box. That made it more time consuming to straighten the branches since the wire moves around in the foam branches. The shipping time leaves much to be desired. I placed my order on 12/28 and received it on 1/11. It didn't ship until 1/5.
